The Saints Sled Dog Rescue Team all join together on the first bank holiday weekend in May, along with the SSDR supporters, volunteers and their dogs, for a weekend of FUN and Laughs.
Each year we aim to out-do ourselves with bigger and better ideas from Live professional talks, Camp market place, tutorials, Quiz night, Competitions and the SSDR Dog show. We EVEN hosted last years camp VIRTUALLY!!

2021
2021 saw us doing yet ANOTHER virtual camp... Despite not being able to see all our supporters happy faces BUT we still managed to raise a AWESOME amount of money, had a great virtual quiz night and the huuuuuuuge amount of raffle prizes.

SSDR VIRTUAL CAMP 2020
2020 was the WORST year by far, but despite all that went on we did NOT let it ruin our fun and hopes of hosting the Annual SSDR Camp!
Instead of being able to host the Annual SSDR Camp in Doncaster due to COVID-19, we decided to bring the Camp of 2020 to peoples living rooms for a whole weekend...
The team hosted planned and hosted a HUGE range of activities which included; our very own online market place for our supporting small businesses, several Facebook Live Q&A sessions including our favourite Super Vet Holly Norman, Lee the Dog trainer from First Class Dog Training and Lindsay from Cani-Fit, a fun online dog show, oZoom quiz night, OGNIB (backwards bingo), the BIG SSDR raffle AND of course we celebrated VE Day's 75th anniversary in style.
Our amazing supporters joined in decorating their gardens fit for a war bunker and joined in all the fun, games and competitions across the weekend making it a COMPLETE SUCCESS.

SSDR Annual Camp 2019
Our 2019 annual camping weekend was one of the best yet! Not only did we have more people and more dogs attend - we also had a Fairy Tale of a weekend.
We opened the weekend on Friday evening with our Disney fancy dress competition where we saw a huge range of FANTASTIC outfits, humans and dogs - with pizza and a pint to round off the evening.

SSDR Annual Camp 2018
Our 2018 brough with it our very first themed weekend for our Star Wars - May-the-fourth-be-with-you!
Over the whole weekend we raised a huge £1500! That includes a quid whip around of £20 per coordinator to eliminate yourself from jumping into the river... Yes, some jumped any way.
We had a weekend full of laughs, competitions, security dog demonstrations and not forgetting the AMAZING talk by the World-Of-Lupines-Federation and the Saarloos wolf-dogs!
